TSAS / PGI Energy - nope they haven't earned a dime yet. That's probably a big reason why they have paid out so many millions of shares to date.

The company company has already authorized to raise the A/S to 1,000,000,000.

Since they aren't doing that IPO any more and opted to merge into the TSAS shell instead they will need to rely on a financing deal which will probably end up being some kind of convertible debenture deal.

13% of any finances they get will go to Gandy and Wakabayashi.

They have set the company up so that they will incur some significant expenses just paying for their professional fees and salaries.

I really don't know that they will end up putting together a real business model with real operations. This one might be headed down the same road as most penny stocks. Guess we'll see.
