In theory, this would leave only

2,454,721,088-1,956,500,000=498,221,088 with you guys owning almost 200m. That would leave the float at 298m. I am really interested to know the real numbers. Can't wait for the 10q.

I think you may have the percentages reversed. Shouldn't the float be close to 35% which is around 1,250,000,000? The 65%-70% owned by management is sure to be held in a death grip for many years and is not accessible to the average investor.
