management owns 65 - 70% based on full dilution.

So lets use the low numbers of 65%

3,010,000,000 * .65 = 1,956,500,000 available

Minus my holding 98,000,000 and BigBucks 100,000,000+ and it comes to 1,758,500,000.

JMO and the math might be off.
