Are you implying the RS PR is bogus. Giving insiders the opportunity to grab discounted shares. Illegal and you should run from a CEO that runs a company like that. Personally I think he is out of money and can't sell large enough investors to buy into the company. The general stock market has been doing very well and CBAI should have participated to some degree. It appears that CCEl was a safer bet. Talk is cheap and Matt didn't say anything in the youtube that I haven't heard before from a penny stock CEO. They all put a positive spin on the RS otherwise they are out of job.

I think not...the volume is only 350 million.....that ain't squat. If the company or some strategic investors were buying shares today, I think we'd be seeing much more activity than what has been displayed so far. No, I think many current investors with positions small enough to actually sell, did just that...they sold off. By contrast their were other investors (not necessarily, strategic investors) that were there to scoop up the cheapies....I was not one...I just sat and watched. IMO, this is just a normal reaction to the latest info from the company concerning an R/S. EMOTIONS

I too, am not thrilled....but it is what it is.
