Is that just a guess? Or do you some info that there is going to be a response soon.

Its infuriating to be kept in the dark. I'm quite upset that it has to be the retail long who is burning the midnight oil to defend the company.

Nobody else seems to care about the lack of management response.

The longer they take to respond, the more time the short arguments have to fester and balloon into something bigger than it is.

The Citron and MW Reports were garbage. They should have been highlighted as being garbage within a day of its release.

Exactly - frankly, why isn't someone like Bernie Madoff considered for the death penalty when you consider how many individuals, families, foundations, etc. that he destroyed with his pre-meditated actions? How many people considered/committed suicide as a result?

I know it's a controversial subject and I'm not putting this out there to generate a debate on capital punishment, but, jeez, someone needs to step up and apply an appropriate punishment for these white collar criminals who destroy people's lives!

What do you feel the company needs to rebutt? Everything I've read has missed the mark.

It's so much easier to be MW than a bank robber! No alarms, no police, no guns .....just from there lazy chair they can make victim after victim without any threat to their action.

It's a guerrilla out there and if we longs believe we or the company should fight these crooks through the normal path of justice then I think we are naive!
Yes, I hear it, they can win a battle but not the war...how many cadavers do we want before the war turns?
