I dont think they need to focus too much on rebutting the accusations one by one as they are pretty baseless, but they definitely need to be proactive in getting information out by doing a buyback/dividend, taking legal action, investors meeting, maybe even guidance prior to the release of the 10-K, etc. Doing this over time instead of every other day will be better for the stock long term and also doesnt engage the shorts negativity
