That, my friend, makes me more sure that the Samsung unit is a "Branded" version of O-1000...

As to the moncodecism of I-Pod, I see that as a great blessing at this juncture...

I am positive Steve Jobs and his "Legal Department" have been burning the midnight oil to put a Kibosh on O-1000...

And, I beleive that the delay in production, changing the "Face" of 0-1000, and delaying the introduction of the "Drag & Rip", were all the required "Dance" to build up a defense against any actions initiated by Apple...

Immagine, Steve Jobs trying to convince a jury that 0-1000 is a copy of his I-Pod?...

I would like to defend that law suit...

What irks me sometimes, is to read all the vituperative comments by some posters questioning the management's ability in playing the high stakes game of penetrating a dogie
dog market on a shoestring budget...

The boys in powey are playing in a high stakes chess game, and they have figured out 20 moves in advance...GRIN...
