Remind me again. If NAK/HDI/Pebble don't get permits over the objections of fishermen, environmentalists, lodgeowners, etc. how can lit'l ole LBSR gain permitting following the failure of NAK et al?

If Pebble is denied then the whole are will be denied, right?
