DEC, I personally don't think that is going to happen. No one except those involved in the development and permitting strategy are aware of exactly what the overall mining development strategy is.

Do you really think that NAK/HDI/ANGLO and partners are stupid?

Don't you think with the YEARS that this has been being put together, that they are plenty aware of the way to develop the property that will be acceptable?

I mean sheet, this is the largest mineral find in North American history, there will be a way to pull at least the majority of those minerals out of the ground and not pollute the waterways in a horrible way.

You must remember, THERE ARE BILLIONS of dollars here...it won't be a quick throw together mine with NOTHING taken into consideration.....Let's get serious.

I'm sure Bill Gates, no wait I mean, Hunter Dickenson no wait I mean James Brisco will have no problems taking LBSR to the permitting process. IMO if nak fails to permit lbsr will go back to .0012 or lower!

What is your notion of "whole area"? You might have gotten this all mixed up. LBSR has claims farther than Pebble which will not be affected by the "environmental" issues. Study the issues closely and then correlate that to LBSR's mining claims in the caldera.

This lawsuit will be won by NAK as it has no solid grounds to stand. Read about the Red Dog mine! Pebble will be Mined, PERIOD!

Do you honestly think that Anglo spending the kind of money they are, and Rio Tinto & Mitsubishi taking the large positions in NAK like they have would have done so if they thought that permitting was very "iffy"?

We are fortunate to have the neighbors that we do putting up all the money and doing all the PR work necessary. It's an absolute gift.

But what you are discussing are the two remaining risk factors involved with LBSR which are 1. Pebble Mine proceeding and 2. Our assets proving out ... compare that with the risk factors of a year ago which included financial instability with the company and no JV partner lined up for the area and you'll see that the risk factors are slowly being peeled away. #2 on that list is mitigated with the ZTEM and with drill results we will basically be down to the same risk factor that affects NAK and their 1.5 billion market cap.
