The second was because they sold some or all of their positions. This certainly is the most likely explanation. However, there is nothing to say that they can't rebuy the shares here at .0001 and then file forms and say "See, we never sold".

99.9% I agree this is the case. But if they buy shares now and then file form 3's wouldn't it show the date and the price it was bought?
