and the fact we have no forms yet..... it makes a shareholder start to ponder..... WHY?... WHY?

There are two reasons that have been presented here in the past for their failure to file...

The first was for privacy reasons of Malone's position. This makes little sense. The size of his position was disclosed in earlier filings, but vanished in later ones. That means he sold part or all of his holdings. This explanation does not explain why JD/GH have refused to file.

The second was because they sold some or all of their positions. This certainly is the most likely explanation. However, there is nothing to say that they can't rebuy the shares here at .0001 and then file forms and say "See, we never sold".

same thing with the fins .. it's why i zooed
in on the date the firm signed off of fy 2009
it was 9/10/2010 .. they were uploaded on 9/17/2010

now my opinion (based on the pr out yesterday) is that mgmt
is *trying* to target an end of march date (which fits re: fy2010
fins) for *transparency* ~ but until that event comes to pass
folks will have to do what is best for themselves
