If thats true and they do have some things in the works then the R/S would help the company, however it was a big slap in the face of the investors to file the paperwork quietly, especially with the momo that this had buidling. If it doesn't happen for a few weeks then we're definately in the flipping range right now to make a few bucks. Maybe there is an outside chance with the rumors of the aquisitions that this could gain some momo leading into the R/S which might make the R/S really beneficial not only to the company but potentially to shareholders, albiet a very wishfull thing to happen IMO.

Might want to ask your collegue how Jasper is diluting 2.4 Billion shares (difference from the 3 B auth and Nov o/s of 600M)without filing anything.That is allot of shares that are not registered hitting the market.
He could have sold over .005 but he decided burning investors was a better way to go.
I find some of these CEO's get more of a kick watching people lose money while they are selling then the money they are making, pure evil.
