Kevin Jasper told a collegue of mine that a reverse will not be happening for a few weeks from now, they have 90-days from the effective date. I have been heard a few promising aquisitions are in the works; hence the need for a reverse to make financing more attractive for new money to enter ISIM. With that said, the reverse is a low blow to investors given the company clearly had momentum.
