You, me, etc are represented by the Equity Committee.

They, in turn, hired Susman/Godfrey.

The representation on the EC comes with a double edged sword. They get privy to things that we have no idea of, as our representative.

But they cannot trade on that information.

So, yes, one has to trust in our representatives -- the Equity Committee, and their hired Council.

We are not "owed" by law, proprietary information, strategy, etc.

That's how it works.

Drives us crazy sometimes though.

Susman/Godfrey doesnt work for the shareholders. He works for the EC. Big difference. The only people that know the strategy is the EC because THEY are his clients...SG reports to the EC and only the EC

so who's in charge of this guy? who pays him?Who monitors his performance, the ec? are we disallowed to talk to anyone at Susman and Godfrey. why do we have to suffer out in the cold with having no clue on strategy? ANYONE

Do you really expect anyone to tell you their strategy. This is not a case where the neighbors dog pissed on your lawn and now your suing the neighbor cause it killed your grass. Then your lawyer would hold your hand or whatever it took to please you as long as your footing the bill. And yes he will tell all to you.
