SNRS announced 07/02/2008 @ 10:59AM that they completed their due diligence and are making final preparations to acquire the Cao Tin Iron Ore Mines in Hunan Province, China.

Sunrise CEO Raymond Chin commented, We are very excited to have now completed this final phase of fact-finding and anticipate final completion of the agreement to occur very soon.

-Did SNRS acquire the Cao Tin Iron Ore Mines in Hunan Province, China? revenues from there?
