if you look at the long term chart it has. This deal is huge, no doubt about it and will add millions and millions a year in earnings. Recent earnings growth has done much for the PPS because the numbers were still pretty small. But once the revenues and earnings really start to accelerate the PPS will rise IMO.
We know they're opening at least 4 locations soon. If they weren't confident they could simply open one to see how it goes. With over 100 potential locations this is huge. Plus unprecedented exposure.
