EXPO successfully survived NO SEC scrutiny ( to our knowledge ) so their timing to become righteously transparent is calculated and simply brilliant .

Essentially , EXPO got away with the perfect crime .

Didn't SBB not long ago predict that a likely scenario would be JD accumulating all the bad news and putting it into a single PR and being done with it? This is precisely what happened.

They just admitted that they were having cash-flow problems starting in 2009 and that they diluted to stay alive. This absolutely, simply, and irrefutably repudiates the nss/shorting/nefarious/etc. conspiracy theories .... and yet, we still have to read about these theories (although I noticed the constant tabular postings of all the transactions seems to have slowed down a bit today.)

Good luck with everything else. EXPH has finally, clearly revealed what we've been trying to warn about. The starry-eyed longs were wrong, we were right (oh, and JD et al. are a lying, thieving bunch). Just that simple
