it was remarkably clear they were having *cash* flow
problems in the pr that was issued the morning after
the SM on 9/16/2010

it's why i posted that i wouldn't have paid pinksheets
to upload fy 2009 fins (4600.00) nor would i have renewed
the TA .. (ie OS/AS info available)
