Agreed , Grongron . If EXPO had been truthful in all things and at all times I do think the shareholder base would have supported them and the stock just because the company is real and it employs real people .

However , the objective was to fleece money from those who believed their dozens of false news releases and extremely false earnings projections in 2009 . EXPO needed a substantial time lapse to distance themselves from those false statements .

EXPO successfully survived NO SEC scrutiny ( to our knowledge ) so their timing to become righteously transparent is calculated and simply brilliant .

Essentially , EXPO got away with the perfect crime .

Bilk $300 to $400 million in 2009 , let silence and obfuscation take its effects over the last 18 months , then feel confident they are untouchable by the SEC , and VOILA ....todays righteous transparency .

Truly the perfect SCAM .

Part of the problem is that it has been *handled* all along. ;-)
