I definitely want to see the share structure for CPOW.

Part of why this is still an issue under discussion is the TA is gagged.

I will persist in getting the share structure from the horse's mouth - CPOW management or the Transfer Agent (TA). Actually anyone could help us out here and send some emails. I am not sure how long, though, to get the data as they must have their reasons.

We could speculate on why the TA is gagged right now. There could be a myriad reasons, including the current LOI with Alabama Bio Energy, particularly if part of that deal might be a share exchange. There are such things as reverse splits, mergers/reverse mergers, stock buy-backs, dilution. Until we have news and share structure, these things are all speculation. Another company I have stock in has a gagged TA right now. I would love to know what is going on behind the scenes at both companies right now but I just don't.

Palm - I have searched through all information on beneficial ownership of CPOWS shares including the Share Transfer agreement from April 2010 and Troy Metz is not mentioned anywhere.

Do you have confirmed information that Metz owns shares in CPOW or are you just beating a dead horse? Just curious - If you don't own any shares short or otherwise why do you bring up issues that have no relevance to CPOW'scurrent position.

Additionally - Jack posted an email from CEO Michael stating that Metz was long gone from GBE when he (Mike) joined CPOW.
