The fact is, I don't know how much Troy Metz owns (owned?), not yet.
The 28.6 M shares went to acquire GBE, and my mind made a long leap that that = Troy Metz. But,thanks to your question, I see it ain't so.
Looking at the SC 13D filed 29 Apr 10, it appears that Shenher owned 94.8% of GBE's stock and that when CPOW acquired GBE he got 19M CPOW shares for his 1,043,280 GBE shares. He then split those 19M shares of CPOW between himself and his wife & son.
The thing is, there are ~9M shares of that 28M unaccounted for and 5.2% of 28,642,612 is 1,489,416.
