they all left with generous parting gifts that they hope will be worth something one day. why would any of them want to jeopardize that? besides, they probably got involved for the same reasons we all did- we think there's SOMETHING there. they were wooed by the potential.
the company isn't bogus, what's bogus are the egos of all these squirrels, most unqualified to make decisions for 22,000 shareholders, all trying to stuff the most nuts in their mouths.
