Welcome Dann2010. One good filing and this will head up with little or no resistance to $5+ IMO. With your number of shares a few hand full of investors have about 75% of the float locked up. There would be no sellers except for the mysterious seller who seems so happy to sell his/her shares everyday for a lower and lower price. It appears to be somebody who just wants the volume to die down to nothing. Come on AUDIT filing!!
