I've got over a million shares from November at the 0001's. Wanted some 0002's to go with it and fill me out. I really don't care if it doesn't fill but thought it was weird that the volume is stuck all day.

Why buy at 3, get it at one soon then it'll be a no bid price just like other WELCH'S stocks.
