Yes, the share structure - the EXACT share structure - is unclear to me as well. I had posted the figures that I got from Bloomberg.com earlier. They were something like 240M outstanding shares with a float of 180M or something like that, which would mean there are 60M approx restricted shares. I don't have the data on when the restriction comes off.
I did email the TA directly and was told he was not authorized to give out this data. I emailed the CEO and I am waiting for a reply.
TA being gagged does not necessarily mean something is wrong. I will follow up on this.
As a note somewhere I saw the CEO owns approx 18M shares. Maybe someone can find that for me again - it was under "Insiders" on one of the finance websites, maybe otcmarkets.com.
