Actually, I came up with 240,671,760 shares issued and outstanding, whereas they state 240,077,760, i.e, I came up with 594,000 more shares issued and outstanding than they did.

I must say, I didn't find this encouraging:

Subsequent to the three months ended July 31, 2010, on September 15, 2010, the Company received an offer of settlement from the City of Regina regarding an odor complaint against its plant in Regina. The offer includes a $15,000 fine, plus a surcharge that is estimated to be $750. The Company is currently disputing this matter; therefore not related amounts have been accrued in these financial statements.

This is the first time I've gone over my notes after going through the SEC filings.

The fact is, I'm still trying to figure out exactly what's going on here.

And not very happy with myself that I'm spending this much time on pocket change. Obviously, I have way too much time on my hands.
