From my understanding these agencies are very aware of what has happened and in fact is quite possibly the very reason you have not seen anything new. Not only have the reports from shareholders garnered the attention but also the fact the SEC won their suit against PSC and are now looking into the individual companies that also benefitted from the huge Pump. See those who went down were also willing to sell another story which is where they got the shares. I am sure there will be more coming out shortly, besides the first rat to jump ship has yet to surface, probably still enjoying the rock star lifestyle shareholders have been paying for.
