Well you have to hand it to DF, he sold the last shareholders a BS story about some guy nobody knows and debt being erased along with a whole new start. Problem is none of it exists, not even where it is legally required does it show a single piece of an existing company any longer. It is a public traded company so everyone is entitled to know who this person is and where they are supposedly operating, although it is more likely that there is no Mike Burton as the days pass by showing this to be true.

What has transpired in the last 3 months makes me think the agencies that are supposed to regulate the trading of public companies are asleep at the wheel. How bad does it have to get before they step in and put an end to the harm being done to the public?
