Yup... prior to 2009 we outsourced lab processing 100%; paying a royalty to other labs.

From 2010 - 2011 the philosophy changed ahead of the HCL delta. We acquired a network of labs and built one (Nevada) to eliminate outsourcing. China is the second being built but it also manufactures injectables, pills, creams and is a pharmaceutical company. China will be the largest out of all labs; 2M storage capacity.

1)Argentina BioCell - it has a lab that stores placenta, ucb, and now dental pulp.

We acquired controlling interest in
2)Germany Stellacure - it has a lab processing agreement with the German Red Cross - DRK.

We will likely have S. America #1 storage company CC De Mex - it has a lab that was built in 2001 - Dr. Geoff O'Neil was present at the G.O. It will contract with
3)CBAI for storage in S. America.

We are going to acquire Vivicells March 2011. Vivicells processes stems at
4)RGI - Chicago and
5)Bergen - NJ.

CBAI Nevada is the sixth (6) lab.
It is an FDA accredited Tissue Bank manufacturer. The others are AABB/FACT accredited and operate within FDA compliance too. These are the six (6) labs the CEO mentioned he has in the last MoneyTV interview. So CBAI is AABB accredited today via hubs and contracted processing centers? Yes

China AXM begins storage Feb 2011. CBAI owns 15% of AXM but it will mark the seventh (7) lab in operation.

If CCEL Int'l changes its tune and agrees to be purchased whole then CCEL FL will become the (8th) lab in the CBAI portfolio and CCEL Menstrual collections and processing in India will become the (9th) lab in the CBAI portfolio. This CBAI consolidation will have occurred in less than 15 months for a company that had no operational lab ownership prior to 2009. Not bad.

We wait to see what the official word is regarding diversification but I think it is for blood pharming and the injectable market industry boom to happen shortly. Waiting.

Thanks
