It was a nuts and bolts business that did not rely on fancy technology besides a good Internet store and database interface to fill orders. I'm just saying, the company cut off a good revenue stream that a young company needs badly to please shareholders, and some of those shareholders abandoned them anyway. I guess MiamiGent was smart and saw the writing on the wall, dilution and lower stock prices, which is exactly why RTGV has lost 50% in recent weeks and is trading below a penny.
