I haven't seen much to compare by. In other words, is this 'normal' Rosen, or an 'influenced' Rosen?
My take, from seeing him in-person several times, is that this is just 'nasty lawyer' (but very good) act.
I've seen him turn 'it' on and 'off'. I bet (seriously) he's a decent guy to have a beer with.
But the moment the words 'All Rise' happen, I can tell you that he instantly turns into the 'Rosen' we all have come to know and ______. {Insert your own word}
But in my 'conversations' with El Juez, Bopfan and other lawyers, I've also come to know that it's largely show. We all have to remember that THJMW is also a lawyer, and has seen this over and over. And it's not just Rosen playing showman... clearly that TPS guy (forgot his name) has quite a bit of showman in him.
What some look at is that Justin/Edgar/Seth don't have quite the show-boat in court. I'm not sure if it's fact it's just not their nature, or in this case, they reserve it for another time and use their style because it's currying better favor for the Equity Committee by representing our case/cause in a calmer, measured, and factual method -- than the bluster we see/hear from 'Rosen'.
Remember all, bluster doesn't win the case. Facts and law do.
