You appear to ignore my other statement, that if Justin feels he needs a resource, I am confident that resource will be there. And if that resource is Susman himself, then Justin will call it in.
Bottom line, that's my point.
It's the recurrent themes here of "John Doe" calling for "Susman needs to be there" -- well, that's just fluff and posture of the non-Equity Committee people. Of which I am one.
If Susman is there, great. It's because the 'team' feels he needs to be there. If he's not there, then no big deal to me either.
I'm just tired of the "this is a huge hearing, we gotta have Susman there".
And the corollary of, inferring, "If Susman isn't there, woe is us."
Frankly, I find it quite belittling to the team who's been doing the heavy lifting.
Some of the whines here makes me want to e-Cheeze to balance it out.
