It absolutely is dilution since those shares are taking away value of each share you own. I am not saying that reasonable dilution is bad per say, especially on the otc. But this company billed itself as a non dilutive company for years. I mean that was one of their main calling cards. Now? They dilute like its going out of style.
Exactly one knows that the OS will rise in a developmental stage company. With this companies history it was easy to deduct they will manage that increase in a very professional manner. They have proved it with acquisitions on the most shareholder friendly terms one could manage

In My book when they get this disruptive technology rolling with some big names behind them you can triple this OS and you will still have a monster stock. Triple isn't going to happen unless they acquire several companies
Its all about their forward guidance. If that comes to fruition some will be wealthy plain and simple.
