An F-. By far the worst promo I have ever seen run, especially considering there isn't supposed to be any kind of MAJOR dilution, as most promo's entail. I can't even say I have ever really seen any buying that I can't explain that could be from the promo.
This whole company has become a joke.

They're probably standing on the sidelines until our long finishes selling shares. I would be too. I suspect a major turnaround is not that far off.
