SNDY 1 mil O/S, if you check the 1-2000 R/S they recently had--The O/S was 1.6 Billion at that time--so,1.6 billion divided by 2000 equals 800K O/S--Even if the O/S was 2 Billion at R/S time, the O/S would still be only 1 million
