I'm willing to believe ItalFarmaco has a role as a manufacturer. But I'm a lot less willing to believe that T-enox is Lupenox. Maybe some day we'll know for sure.

Privacy issues - for those trying to stay, well private

There's a site called Spokeo.com that's new online. It has USA phone book with personal information: everything from pictures you've posted on the web, your approximate credit score, home value, income, age, even credit card #'s.

Remove yourself by searching your name, find your page, copy the PAGE URL then go back to the Spokeo homepage and at the bottom of the page click on “Privacy”.

A window will open which will allow you to paste the copied URL , insert your e-mail address, type in the code displayed and then submit. I cannot promise that your E-mail address will not be retained and sold by them. I used my AOL mail, which I ONLY use for On Line stuff, as the confirmation e-mail address. Spokeo.com will send you a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address submitted. You must acknowledge their confirmation to complete the removal process.

If you do not have a separate e-mail address for on-line transactions, then one I would suggest you get a FREE Hotmail, G-mail or Yahoo E-mail address to use for On Line Purchases. I use my Gmail account to printout confirmations and delete all the other stuff.

Pretrial Discovery Schedule in Lovenox Patent-Infringement Case

By mutual agreement between NVS/MNTA and Teva, pretrial discovery will continue until Nov 2012. A formal trial date has not yet been set; however, based on the pretrial schedule, a trial could not begin until 2013.

Here is the document filed jointly by NVS/MNTA and Teva with the District Court on 3/4/11:

We may presume that NVS/MNTA would ask the Court for a preliminary injunction against Teva in the event that Teva were to get FDA approval for generic Lovenox. Therefore, the fact that Teva has agreed to a drawn-out timeline in which a trial could not start until 2013 suggests that Teva has no expectation of getting FDA approval in the next two years. For readers of this board, this is hardly surprising, of course.
