Bob was familiar with stocks and companies that trade on the Nasdaq. The OTC and pinks are a whole different animal all together. He may very well have known, but I prefer to think he was unaware, and got suckered in by D. Hey we all make mistakes. He isn't a god. I've made a million miscues, and will be the first to admit it. I'm sure Bob will too. The key is who one learns from your mistakes, and what you do to correct them and make sure they don't happen again. You really need to get off this Bob is holier than thou kick some of you are on. I'm sure he just laughs at it.

This isn't a death knell, yet, but its getting close. Company needs the stock price up to finance the company and to pay employees. With the stock price being so low, more and more shares are given out as a result. What could be paid at 20 cents is triple the shares at 7 cents. And it will only get worse and worse unless something changes. That is what is called death spiral financing.

Obviously he has no clue on what it takes to build a company he never owned one and never worked for anyone as per one of his previous posts.

I have seen very smart and savvy CEO's be pushed into a corner and believe so fervently that they "just need a little more capital" to get profitable, they take capital from the only source that will offer it. If you have no choice but to go BK, wouldn't everyone here take the money? It may be the last bit of capital you need--or it just delays the inevitable dilution.
There is a reason why the stock price is not going up when their is good news released.
