Trying to protray Bob as not knowing what his alternative financing entails shows that you do not give him the credit he deserves for his past company startups, acquisitions and so on..You do not think that entails a lot of experience with alternative financing!!...You talk about investor awarness and attitude....Financial bottom line is what investors want to see and nothing else!!....Profibility will blow all erroneous concerns away!!....I can not believe that you protray yourself as being smarter then the man who has done this scenario before and continues to do so!!....This man is going to build his company and prove all dissenters wrong!! Bob has far far more experience then you do...
