Hi CN~~~I don't think anyone is suggesting that Hrct can do no wrong..lol..That would be a first...But like a rotten tooth, it needed to be pulled and no matter how sore it is to yank that think out, it is better that you did it than let it fester..So in that regard, I see Carrie as doing only what was necessary ....and like she stated in the phone conversation, there are quite a few financial companies participating in the program to bring quality companies to Hrct..I am hoping that she has just solidified that pact with these offerings to them..

This event will not derail Carrie...imo...In fact it indicates to me that the past devils have been paid off and that Hrct's future is their own...Now, if the acquisitions don't live up to expectations, that will bea different story..But with high profit margins, I would be surprised if they didn't prove to be the right stuff..

I believe discounted shares are available to almost anybody that can/will take the risk of holding restricted shares in an obscure penny stock with no cash to finance activities.

Give 'em a call, three and a half pennies sounds cheap right now.
