I believe you are mistaken. She gave 60 days for JPM to file a proof of claim. JPM's defense was the unclarity about assets.

JPM ultimately did meet the courts request, and filed a proof of claim.

The transcript of this has been, IMHO, throughly researched and JPM met the courts requirement. It has gotten mis-construed as a demand from the court for a list of assets. It was not, it was JPM to provide a their claims on time, before the BAR date.
