SoCal Bancorporation Announces Date of Voluntary Dissolution

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 19, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SoCal Bancorporation ("SoCal")(BLVE) announces that on October 31, 2011, it will file its certificate of dissolution with the California Secretary of State and as of such date, its common stock will cease to trade on the pink sheets. As previously announced, holders of common stock of SoCal will not receive any amounts in liquidating distributions, as all remaining assets of SoCal, amounting to less than $300,000 in the aggregate, will be distributed to its creditors.
