SoCal Bancorporation Announces Date of Voluntary Dissolution

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct 19, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SoCal Bancorporation ("SoCal")(BLVE) announces that on October 31, 2011, it will file its certificate of dissolution with the California Secretary of State and as of such date, its common stock will cease to trade on the pink sheets. As previously announced, holders of common stock of SoCal will not receive any amounts in liquidating distributions, as all remaining assets of SoCal, amounting to less than $300,000 in the aggregate, will be distributed to its creditors.

Did you ask about the Corporate Shell? For one thing elimination of debt is great!! I know she will not provide and it would be foolish to ask about forward information, you gotta ask questions that help define pps value!! Due to the merger the Corp Shell Co, BLVE, would have additional strength with with this conglomoration? Do you have a more detailed dioluge of your conversation?

there is a merger/aqu. the problem is the money from socal went to pay for all its debt that it had. therefore leaving no money.

richard decker or mary lynn is who i was directed to on friday. she had stepped out. it will probably take a few trys to get to her but would like to provide something tangible to the board from the contact. we will see i been practicing my sweet talk all weekend. lol

auto upped the bid from .115 to .125 now to .145
thats the highest I have seen it in weeks. this will continue to happen i presume as more people want shares and no one will sell them for that cheap.
the bid is still looking much strong than the ask.

8k due out soon! this will raise awareness and create buying pressure and volumes thus making pps shoot up. why will it shoot up and not just go up? look at the float, this thing moves on nothing. Float will lock up in an instant imho!

currently the bid is stacked compared to the ask! just look at lvl 2. Only 2 mm's under $1 and 2 mm's are on the bid. once this moves if your caught chasing good luck, you wont get any shares for this super cheap pps.

This is not your ordinary penny stock, the banks deal with the FED and the pps used to be above 20! personally I'd like to see this sitting at above a dollar or two in the near term. the 8k imo will shoot us up to $1. bid is at .11 and ask is .18. thats a 5-9bagger from here guys and gals.

hit the ask a time or two and you'll see how fast this moves.

dont get caught sitting on the sidelines. if you have some spare funds you can throw at this now i would do it. GLTY
