Yep, I loaned some shares to myself, sold them short to myself and am putting the proceeds in the bank. Now, if it goes into the crapper, I can pay myself back by getting shares for free without touching my bank account. If the price goes up, I make money on buying the shares back from myself at a higher price.

I can't lose.
