Okay, say she had a year to pay for it...Where was the money coming from since there wasn't much if any profit going on and in the last months Carrie was restructuring the company so that it would survive?...Not sure if they had access to any money especially of this size...I bet she is lucky to have found these folks now ...and lucky that she did the redo on the company so that there were individuals out there that would cough up the dough...
After watching how difficult it was to get folks to comply with the Doc's share give away,(and those were FREE shares..lol) I can almost guarantee that she could NOT have raised the money in time from shareholders...That's just my opinion..
