They were contacted this afternoon and are going to deal with the CE status on pinksheets.

A Few Things. The Share buy back was just for odd lots under 100 only. They didn't buyout shareholders. You can;t just decide to take a company private without buying out all existing shareholders.

The reason they did the odd lot buy back was in order to file the 15-12g. They would not have been allowed to other wise

McQuade and Irwin are the Corporate Counsel at ACT Teleconferencing, Inc and Associate Corporate Counsel at ACT Teleconferencing, Inc respectedly.

Peter Salas is the CEO.

There are 400 employees of this company, they most have no clue about the status of the company stock wise.

None of that matters...january 20's was the time to get in just based on posts alone! The pump has carried this to huge gains..I got in at 044 and sold at huge profit on volume...what you see now is some selling and profit taking so if you think this is too high don't buy...personally I thinkbthe volume is low but wouldn't surprise me to see this below 06 by weeks end...hope not for all those late to the party...

one member called the company last week I believe and asked them if they (Act Teleconferencing) was the same company that was trading under the symbol ACTT. The answer was YES. Correct me if I am wrong but privately held companies cannot trade stock publically. I dont have all the answers to all your inquiries but I do know that information was sought and found. You can check the last week's posts, I am sure it is there somewhere.

Not going to dispute your DD, much respect for you bro.. Been watching and in this one since .039 ~

But i spent a few hours sifting through the DOCs and doing some DD ~~

First off, think ACTT is pretty much a shell like you said... Has been for sometime...

Makes sense ACT teleconferencing wouldn't list the ticker in the PR's.. Made the mistake once before a year or so ago with a play (SYmbol RT**)....

The intriguing part here is the CEO Peter Salas... His name is all over the new docs submitted for the mergin in of the Two ACTT Subsidiaries...

Thats what caught my eye. 2 companies(which are on current on CO SOS... well not anymore because they are now merged into ACTT) merged into ACTT... the private company.

Dont know the big deal over Jeanie McQuade and Lisa Kaieser ~ They both seem to fill the legal counsel role at ACTT. ~ If anything, their names on any ACTT documents give more credence to the fact that this shell is actually part of ACT teleconferencing.

Now based on Peter Salas's track record: (Peter Salas is CEO of ACTT and is on the board of three companies trading : 1 @ .85, another @ $2.15 and another at $10 ~ http://people.forbes.com/profile/peter-e-salas/77762 ) i think speculation that ACTT may be looking to come back into the shell, could be relevant here.

Who knows.. Got to take a look at a bunch of factors and try to connect the dots on your own...

Two Big questions:

Is this a big msg board pump and dump?

Chart tells the story. No PRs or filings from the company = Classic setup


Does this stock have potential??

I think so IMHO > Tight float, and the SOS updates after years of silence. CEO on the board of a few stocks trading between .80 and $10 ~

Folks screaming millions in revs and profits, and filings coming out soon, have this all wrong IMHO ~

We dont know what or if anything is going to happen here... What we do know is this stock has ties to a company that looks to be doing very well... And the glimmer of any possibility that the company comes back into ACTT, could be enough to keep this stock running ~~


As always folks, do your own DD ~~~ Plays like these are VERY speculative on both sides...
Stock could run to .50+ or down to .01...

You never know ~ but i guess thats why we trade these things ~:))
