Prevent them from doing the same thing ? Question is why Mark is doing the same mistakes as he have done before. If they rely want this stock to go up,have to change the game plan. I think they doing p. placement to get funds, with restriction on time bases. If they have production and serial good news to follow, stock could go high and will not crash if dilution will be balanced after that. At this point is hard to guess.
PM, In addition to what you mentioned I don't think it will move from here (.015) until the "noteholder" who just got their 20Million shares last week unloads ALL of them. 3.6 million got dumped friday between 4:00 to 4:05. I saw a pretty large block of 477,000 got sold at 10:32AM this morning. With the current volume and no really "good news" out it is gonna take a good amount of time for them to offload these 20Million shares. With a sell limit order in place looks like we will be here a "while" since those dilutive 20Million shares are getting jammed into the market.
Just a guess but when they can't sell any more at .015 they will push the PPS lower if that is what it takes to offload them IMO
Would be a nice sign of CONFIDENCE if they would have held onto the 20Mill but we couldn't get that lucky now could we?.......a well orchestrated capital raise, I wonder who is getting the $300,000 for these 20Million shares currently being "dumped" since the 8-K's don't "specify" who the noteholder was. Maybe Klok & Howie need NEW cars.
