PM, In addition to what you mentioned I don't think it will move from here (.015) until the "noteholder" who just got their 20Million shares last week unloads ALL of them. 3.6 million got dumped friday between 4:00 to 4:05. I saw a pretty large block of 477,000 got sold at 10:32AM this morning. With the current volume and no really "good news" out it is gonna take a good amount of time for them to offload these 20Million shares. The buying interest seems to be drying up although someone is trying hard to convince people to buy(AHEM).

With a sell limit order in place looks like we will be here a "while" since those dilutive 20Million shares are getting jammed into the market.

Just a guess but when they can't sell any more at .015 they will push the PPS lower if that is what it takes to offload them IMO

Would be a nice sign of CONFIDENCE if they would have held onto the 20Mill but we couldn't get that lucky now could we?.......a well orchestrated capital raise, I wonder who is getting the $300,000 for these 20Million shares currently being "dumped" since the 8-K's don't "specify" who the noteholder was. Maybe Klok & Howie need NEW cars.
