I believe they are both related technologies and have something to do with HAZMAT. Remember, EcoSafe technologies destroy 99.9% of all pathogens.

gamood that is a really good guess. Hazmat products for military and if he said police even are testing them which all could use this process. My dad is a fire fighter and they used me and a bunch of people as triage patients for a hazmat drill. They mocked a chemical terror attack and had to treat everyone. They set up this huge tent and made you walk through it and spay you off with alot of water from hoses and little sprayers. I don't know it he water is treated with anything but eco safe would be better then what ever chemical they spray on people if any. So this might be the direction they are going, since the process does destroy almost all pathogens and is 100% harmless to people and food.
