When a company signs a PO, these orders are binding contracts for products or services to be delivered. If you have the PO, you have the orders.

Not sure what the hell the product is but if the military is really interested and the product gets patented I would assume this would be a big deal."

I believe they are both related technologies and have something to do with HAZMAT. Remember, EcoSafe technologies destroy 99.9% of all pathogens.
