IMO we'll hear something on the PDI spin-off no later than the end of March. Mantequilla has already posted twice now about Fifer saying the PDI spin-off happening at the end of May, so I figure they'll let the cat out of the bag at least two monthes before the actual spin-off happens.
We also need to remember this new mining law vote is very important for PDI, as much of the infrastructure work/contracts won't get rolling before the law officially passes.
